Projects involving the Greater Baton Rouge Port Commission ($9 million), the St. Charles Law Enforcement District ($13 million), the City of Shreveport (City Hall renovation - $8 million, Independence Stadium - $30 million), the St. Bernard Port ($5.6 million), Caddo-Bossier Port ($1.5 million), LSUE -($ 14.4 million), Bossier Parish Community College ($45 million), the City of Mansfield ($1 million), the City of New Orleans ($14.7 million), Vinton Public Power Authority ($18.3 million), Law Enforcement District of the Parish of Caldwell ($1 million), BRCC Facilities Corporation ($65 million), Washington Parish Road Project 2003 ($15 million), City of Kenner Project ($22 million), and Coordinating & Development District ($5 million), Southeastern Student Housing Project ($85 million), University of Louisiana at Monroe Student Housing ($75 million), Vinton City Hall Project (1.5 million), Port Allen City Hall Project ($3.8 million), Direct General Corporation ($12 million), Downtown Development Authority of the City of Shreveport, Series 2004 ($3 million), Provident Group - NSU Properties, L.L.C.
