Purpose: Newman will use the bond proceeds for the purpose of a capital improvement program, including,
(a) constructing, renovating, equipping and furnishing a new lower school campus,
(b) expansion, renovation and reorientation of athletic field and facilities,
(c) constructing and furnishing a new main entrance and lawn area,
(d) other capital projects, including, replacing roofs of various campus buildings, auditorium renovations, replacing mechanical and plumbing systems, and other improvements, and
(e) paying a portion of the costs of issuance and interim interest of the bonds.
